Sometimes you might feel
like it’s your fault.
It can feel
as if you do not deserve
to feel good.
But that is not true!
You have the right to help
so that you can feel better again!
The first step
could be to tell someone
about what is making you feel bad.
Maybe a friend, staff member
or someone in your family.
Everyone has the right
to good help and support
when they feel bad!
