In a relationship, you have the right to say
what feels good to you.
And what does not feel good.
In a relationship, it is important
that not only one person
gets to make decisions.
You can
decide together!
Sometimes relationships
can make us feel bad.
Maybe the other person
is not listening to
what you are saying.
Maybe that person is doing
something that you do not like.
If you are in a relationship
that is making you feel bad,
you may need
to talk to someone.
Tell someone you trust.
It could be a friend, relative,
staff member or counsellor.
Sometimes you may need
help and support
to be brave enough to speak up.
You do not have to
be with someone
who makes you feel bad!
You have the right to feel good
and to be respected!
