it is good to talk about it.
Even if it happened a long time ago.
The first step may be
to tell someone
who you trust.
Maybe a friend, family member
or a staff member.
You can get help
from a counsellor or psychologist here:
- social services
- habilitation
- medical centre
- youth clinic
You can also talk to
someone at a women’s shelter
or a young women’s shelter.
Sometimes it can be difficult
to find the help you need.
Don’t give up!
Tell someone else.
You have the right to good help!
